1.1 Construction site view
 
 
1.1.1 Machine room construction conditions view

1.1.2 Viewing Environmental Conditions
 
 
Satisfactory lighting requirements, storage temperature: -40 ° C ~ +70 ° C (without battery), -20 ° C ~ +55 ° C (with battery) relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%, no condensation; altitude: <1500m dust The surrounding environment should be kept clean. There should be no obvious dust on the floor. In particular, there should be no dust with conductive properties. The air in the equipment room should not contain acid mist or other conductive media to reduce the corrosion of harmful dust on the internal lines. The equipment room should be equipped with qualified fire and lightning protection methods. When the UPS is long equipped, the battery is heavy, and the floor load should be considered. Space: When ensuring UPS protection, engineers have a certain amount of operating space.
 
 
1.1.3 Temporary Power Supply Condition View
 
 
The user should supply temporary construction electricity for the construction site of the equipment room, and the temporary power supply is a three-phase five-wire system.
 
 
1.1.4 Ground Condition View
 
 
The ground wire drawn from the grounding device is laid in place. In order to ensure that the system works safely and securely, avoid parasitic capacitance coupling and disturbance, protect equipment and personal safety, the system needs to be grounded outstandingly. The grounding system uses grounding resistance to indicate the function of grounding. The grounding resistance is generally less than 5Ω. For some fine electronic instruments and instruments, the grounding resistance of medical instruments is even less than 1Ω.
 
 
1.1.5 Grid status
 
 
The grid condition includes the scale of the grid voltage, the frequency of power outages, etc., and determines the equipment of the UPS standby time. If necessary, additional protection methods can be added in the front stage of the UPS. For example, an external C-level lightning protection box can be selected in the lightning-prone area.
 
 
1.1.6 Power distribution requirements
 
 
When installing the UPS, it is necessary to fully consider the communication input, output and battery of the equipment, and select the appropriate wiring data and wire diameter. The UPS is usually installed indoors, and the load is relatively close. Generally, the copper core insulated cable is used. The wire cross section needs to meet the safety specifications, and the voltage drop and temperature rise are satisfactory. When the interval is long, the main point is to consider the voltage drop, and then verify the temperature rise. When the interval is near, the voltage drop is small, and the temperature rise target is the primary consideration.
 
 
1.1.7 Selection of open capacity
 
 
For 10KVA, 16KVA, 20KVA UPS, the communication input line selects the standard connection cable. For the 10KVA, 16KVA, 20KVA UPS, the terminal block type is used for wiring. The UPS communication input line is connected to the user switchboard air switch to make the UPS or load. When an emergency situation occurs, the power can be quickly blocked to avoid equipment damage. 1.1.8UPS battery equipment
 
 
According to the different backup time of the UPS, the long-type models are equipped with batteries of different capacities.
 
The specific connection of the external battery box is as follows: * Put the battery cabinet in place, first remove the cover plate, then remove the surrounding baffle; * Connect the battery cable to the empty end of the battery cabinet, and the other end is in the UPS "+", "- "Terminal connection; * first install the bottom battery, then install the upper two layers of batteries, pay attention to the battery series connection polarity, use the connecting cable to connect the battery terminal with the insulating tape to wrap the other terminal, to avoid the formation of battery short circuit, After connecting, pull out the terminal of each battery cable to check whether it is tightly pressed, and make sure it is firmly connected; * connect the battery cabinet to open after the battery is connected in series, check whether the polarity of the battery is correct, whether the voltage is normal or not; Empty, the battery is powered by the battery. If the system self-test prompts faults, check whether the battery is connected or connected incorrectly.
